Once the cost and project structure have been agreed, we collect the materials needed to begin development. Below is a clear checklist. You do not need to have everything immediately; if something is missing, we can determine in advance what needs to be prepared.
Before work begins, please provide:
- Company information. Name, business description, services or products, priority areas and operating geography.
- Information you want on the website. In your own words, describe the company, advantages, services, approach, important facts and anything you want to communicate to customers.
- Agreed structure. Site pages and sections, dedicated service pages, articles, case studies, FAQ, reviews and other required blocks.
- Website languages. A list of language versions and any existing translations.
- Logo and brand identity. Logo, colours, fonts, brand guidelines or other brand elements.
- Design examples. Websites and visual solutions you like. It is also useful to show what you do not like.
- Photos and videos. Images of the company, team, products, locations or work, plus videos and other visual material.
- Copy and facts. Service descriptions, prices, offers, advantages, reviews, case studies, certificates and other page information.
- Contact details. Phone, email, address, social media, WhatsApp, Telegram and other contact methods that should appear on the site.
- Forms and actions. Which enquiries, questionnaires, bookings, buttons, CTAs or pop-ups are needed and where submissions should be delivered.
- Domain and existing website. Domain, hosting and CMS details only if they already exist and are required for the work.
- SEO and marketing. Priority services, products, regions and search topics the website should be prepared for.
- Analytics. Existing Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager or the need to configure them, plus the actions that should count as conversions.
- Advertising. Let me know whether Google Ads, Meta Ads or other paid traffic is planned so the website can be designed around advertising from the start.
- Legal information. Details for the legal notice, privacy policy and other required elements depending on the project and country.
If you do not have many materials yet
Send everything you already have and separately describe in your own words what you want to show and communicate on the website. You do not need to turn it into finished copy or a technical specification yourself. The information can be structured during the project.
Important
There is no need to send passwords for personal accounts. If access to Google or other services is required, we use official user invitations and permissions management.
