You do not need a large presentation or a long questionnaire to make a free consultation focused and useful. It is enough to prepare the key information about your business, current marketing and objectives in advance.
1. Briefly describe your business
- What does the company do?
- Which products or services are the priority?
- Which cities, regions or countries do you operate in?
- Who is your main customer: B2B, B2C or both?
- Which product or service do you want to promote first?
2. What you already have
- Do you have an active website? If so, send the link.
- Do you have a Google Business Profile?
- Which social networks do you use? Send the links.
- Are you currently doing SMM?
- Have you previously run Google Ads, Meta Ads or other advertising campaigns?
- Are you currently working on SEO?
- Are Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking configured, if you know?
3. What is the main objective right now?
For example: increase sales, generate more enquiries or calls, increase bookings, grow an online store, promote a specific service, improve local visibility or build an integrated digital marketing system.
4. Key numbers, if known
- Current or planned advertising budget.
- Average order value.
- Approximate number of enquiries or sales per month.
- Acceptable cost per enquiry or sale.
- Current customer acquisition cost, if it is calculated.
If you do not know some of these figures, that is completely fine. For the first consultation, the information you already have is enough.
5. What exactly do you want marketing to achieve?
- Do you need one specific channel, such as Google Ads, SEO or Meta Ads?
- Do you need several areas to work together?
- Do you need integrated digital marketing management?
- Do you have an existing website that needs to be improved and made more effective for sales and advertising?
- If you do not have a website, do you need a new website or landing page?
- Do you need analytics, content, SMM, local SEO or other additional tools?
What is best to send before the consultation
A link to your website, links to social media, a short description of the business and objective, information about current advertising channels and an approximate advertising budget. That is enough to make the first consultation concrete from the start.
